Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Early Years (Reception ideally).
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development for children aged 4-5.
* Warm, engaging teaching style that inspires learning through play and discovery.
* Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to classroom practice.
* Genuine commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and collaborative working.
