Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that inspire a love of learning
Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Use effective assessment strategies to accelerate pupil progress
Develop strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Support pupils to achieve their full potential across all areas of learning
Promote high expectations for behaviour, attainment and personal development
Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS and leadership team
Foster children's confidence, independence and curiosity
Reception Teacher - Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is ESSENTIAL
UK-based teaching experience within EYFS is ESSENTIAL
Previous experience teaching within a reception class is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to inspire, motivate and engage young learners
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
