Description
Develop and deliver income generation activities across multiple fundraising streams to support organisational growth
Identify and secure new funding opportunities while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects
Manage relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and stewardship
Create compelling proposals, applications and funding propositions tailored to different audiences
Monitor and report on income performance, ensuring targets are met and opportunities for growth are identified
Maintain accurate records of fundraising activity using CRM systems and support data-driven decision making
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and maximise impact
Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with relevant regulations, data protection requirements and best practice
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced and results-driven fundraising or income generation professional, with a strong track record of securing funding and building effective stakeholder relationships. They will be highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
They will demonstrate strong strategic thinking alongside hands-on delivery, with experience in developing proposals, managing pipelines and achieving income targets. A collaborative approach, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for driving positive social impact will be key to success in the role.
