We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a supportive and ambitious secondary school in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students through the performing arts and help them develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills both inside and outside the classroom.
The successful candidate will teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 teaching for suitably experienced applicants. You will join a thriving department that values innovation, collaboration, and high-quality teaching.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching Drama at secondary school level
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts
Be able to inspire, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities
Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be committed to delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
