Production Technician - Trim & Final Assembly
Gaydon | £18.09 per hour (rising over first 2 years) | 39 hours per week | Ongoing Temporary Contract
If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing a job properly, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-known luxury automotive manufacturer, based in Gaydon, who are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their production team. You'll be working on the assembly of high-end vehicles, helping bring them to life at the final stages of the build.
This is a practical role where you'll be working on the line, following clear instructions on-screen to fit and assemble parts, prepare components, and make sure everything meets the required quality standards. You'll also be responsible for keeping your work area organised, supporting the team around you, and making sure tasks are completed on time.
The environment is fast-paced, so being able to stay focused, follow a process, and work as part of a team is important. You don't need to come from an automotive background specifically, but experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment, especially using hand tools, would be beneficial.
We're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and happy to get stuck in. If you've got a good work ethic and a positive attitude, you'll fit right in.
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday, 06:15 to 15:15, with an early finish on Fridays at 11:15.
As part of the process, you'll need to complete and pass a pre-employment aptitude test.
If this sounds like the type of role you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
