The Production Technician will support the build, testing and preparation of products within a workshop and manufacturing environment.
This role is hands‑on and suited to someone who enjoys working with engineering components, following defined processes and ensuring high‑quality output.
The Production Technician will be responsible for:
* Supporting assembly and build activities in line with defined manufacturing processes
* Following work instructions and technical procedures to ensure consistent output
* Assisting with testing and inspection of components and finished products
* Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
* Working within workshop environments and supporting general production activities
* Ensuring a clean, organised and safe working area in line with company standards
The Production Technician will have:
* An NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline (preferred, not essential)
* Experience in DFM builds, workshop environments or production activities
* The ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality
* The ability to follow structured work instructions and processes
* A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to work as part of a team
