Team Leader - Children's Res

TEAM LEADER – EBD CHILDREN'S HOMES | STAFFORDSHIRE | TEMP TO PERM

We are recruiting for experienced Team Leaders to join EBD children's residential homes across the Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent areas. These roles are being offered on an initial temporary basis through the agency, with a view to permanent employment after a 3-month period.

The Role

* Team Leader positions across multiple EBD homes in Stafford and Stoke areas

* 2 on 4 off rota

* Supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

* Ofsted regulated homes

The Package

* Competitive hourly rate during the initial 3-month temporary period (with flexibility)

* On conversion to permanent: £32,000 – £39,000 per annum (DOE)

Essential Requirements

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) must be at least 50% complete — essential

* Full UK driving licence — essential

* Experienced Team Leader or Senior Support Worker from a children's residential background

* Strong understanding of EBD and working with children with complex needs

* Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding requirements
