Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Warrington.

Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Contract: Long-term role

Make an Impact: Help Key-Stage 2 students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior overcome barriers to learning.

Professional Growth: Develop your skills in behavior management and SEN education.As a Behaviour Mentor you will:

Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis.
Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalized plans.As a Behaviour Mentor you will have:

Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
