We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist secondary SEN school in Bolton from September 2026.
This rewarding role involves teaching pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) within a supportive and well-resourced environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.
The Role:
Deliver creative, personalised lessons tailored to pupils with complex learning needs
Support students with communication, sensory and physical needs
Work closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists and SEN professionals
Create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working within SEN settings, particularly with PMLD pupils
A patient, resilient and caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
