SEN Teacher - Secondary SEN School - Bolton
Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary SEN school in Bolton from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
The Role:
Full-time SEN Teacher position
Teaching secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD and communication needs
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Working closely with support staff, parents and external agencies
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Previous experience working within an SEN school setting is essential
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
