ABOUT THE ROLE
Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting for an ambitious and commercially driven Business
Development Executive / Sales executive on behalf of our client, a successful and growing supplier to the construction and building services sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales executive professional who enjoys managing their own territory, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities across the construction market.

This role is office based in Walsall, you must be able to commute to this location for this role.

THE COMPANY
Our client supplies and hires products and services to:

• Builders
• Property Developers
• Construction Companies
• Contractors

They have built a strong reputation within their sector and are looking to strengthen their external sales team with a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused individual.

THE ROLE
As a sales executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Managing your own pipeline and diary effectively
• Identifying opportunities for growth within your area
• Delivering excellent customer service and account management

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience within a sales or business development role
• Experience selling products or services into construction, building, trade, or related
industries
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and target-driven approach
• The ability to work independently while managing a field-based role
• A track record of achieving sales success
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

PACKAGE
• £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary
• Company car
• Performance-related bonus
