Overview
A growing building design consultancy in Leeds is expanding its team following several internal promotions. They're now looking for a Mechanical Associate to help lead projects, support a developing team, and play a key role in the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
Join a consultancy experiencing rapid growth and increasing headcount

Work on a wide range of interesting projects across residential, healthcare, commercial and more
Step into a senior role where your leadership and ideas will shape the team's future
What You'll Do
Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple building projects
Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
Work closely with clients, architects, and multi‑disciplinary teams
Oversee technical quality, project performance, and design standards
Contribute to business development and office growth
What We're Looking For
Strong background in mechanical building services design
Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
Experience in residential and/or healthcare sectors is beneficial
Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated to progress
