Description
Key Responsibilities
Leading day-to-day manufacturing performance across multiple production areas
Driving improvements in key KPIs including OEE, cost, output and efficiency
Coaching and developing a cross-functional team of managers and graduates
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies
Supporting the delivery of the site manufacturing strategy and roadmap
Contributing to and leading capital investment and improvement projects
Using data and performance insight to drive decision-making and operational outcomes
Profile
The Successful Candidate
Proven experience in Operations or Production leadership within manufacturing
Strong people leader with the ability to develop teams and drive accountability
Track record of improving operational performance in fast-paced environments
Solid understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles
Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in engineering, manufacturing or related discipline
Experience operating within highly regulated or safety-critical environments (COMAH desirable)
