Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.
Working hours for this role:
8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday.
Key duties will include:
Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and project objectives.
Maintain GMP-compliant project documentation, including change controls and validation records.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to support project execution.
Track project progress, budgets, risks, and actions, providing regular status updates.Your Background:
Experience supporting engineering, maintenance, facilities, or capital projects.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of GMP, change control, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident communicating with diverse stakeholders.Apply:
