The Role

The HR Manager is a visible role and a critical part of the Windrush Leadership Team where building strong relationships and fostering a positive can-do approach is key. The role will lead on a broad range of people-focussed initiatives from talent management and workforce planning to employee relations and change management, ensuring pragmatic, commercially sound solutions.

As a visible and approachable member of the team, the HR Manager will champion the employee experience, promote best practice, while ensuring that culture, capability, and talent are developed in a way that enables long-term business success.

This role is based at our Windrush Site in Oxfordshire and is available on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week). The role is aligned and supports the Sheetfeeding business and also provides HR expertise and services for Food Contact Packaging.
