Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a leading global manufacturing business to recruit Production Operatives / Technicians to join their growing team on the night shift
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated, fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used in medical and diagnostic settings.
The Role
You'll play a key part in the end-to-end production process, working across manufacturing, quality, and warehouse operations to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.
Working hours - Nights 4 on 4 off 7pm-7am
Pay £17.10 per hour - monthly
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
Supporting production from printing through to packaging
Following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Accurately inputting and managing production data and batch records
Weighing, measuring, and preparing raw materials
Carrying out visual and instrument-based quality inspections
Supporting inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping)
Assisting with product testing, sampling, and analysis
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping (5S/6S) and safety compliance
Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve issuesWhat We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab-based environments (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Comfortable working with data systems and automated machinery
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Good understanding of health & safety (COSHH/EHS) practices
Team player with strong communication skills and a reliable work ethicWhat's on Offer
