Technical Project Manager (Master Data & cPLM)

Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager who understands that data is the ultimate foundation of product safety and quality? We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a critical initiative within our Master Data space.

In this role, you won't just be managing timelines-you will be overseeing the data structures that safeguard a global enterprise supply chain. Working directly with our Quality Food & Safety (QFS) team, you will drive the integration of Master Data across SAP S/4HANA and cPLM (Core Product Lifecycle Management).

Your work will ensure that material and packaging specifications are flawlessly established, directly influencing automated risk assessments, vendor audit frequencies, and downstream safety triggers.

• Lead Complex Deliverables: Drive the technical project life cycle for Master Data initiatives within the QFS domain.

• Bridge Tech & Strategy: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data accurately flows into SAP tools and maps effectively to business requirements.

• Optimize cPLM Ecosystems: Oversee how specifications for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging are written and structured to mitigate downstream risks.

• Manage Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for technical teams, business analysts, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

To thrive in this role, you need a strong blend of technical data governance knowledge and sharp project management skills.

Top Requirements:

• Master Data Expertise: Deep understanding of how Master Data operates, how it ties into broader enterprise tools, and the critical downstream impacts of data architecture.

• SAP S/4HANA: Proven experience managing projects or data structures within an S/4HANA environment.

• cPLM Experience: Hands-on familiarity with Core Product Lifecycle Management systems (highly preferred; experience with SAP and Master Data in a manufacturing/CPG environment is a strong indicator of this skill).

• Industry Acumen: Experience within Quality Food & Safety, Supply Chain, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a massive plus.
