The Opportunity
As Administration Supervisor, you'll lead a busy Customer Services Administration team, ensuring the smooth delivery of Occupational Health services including medicals, health surveillance programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and vaccinations.
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational performance, supporting service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a team of administrators, fostering a high-performance culture
Monitor operational KPIs and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer information, results, and communications
Coordinate team resources and staffing to maintain service continuity during peak periods and absences
Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing development to team members
Maintain training records, competency matrices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to support seamless service delivery
Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
Support quality assurance activities, audits, investigations, and change control processes
Champion a "right first time" approach to customer service and administrationAbout You

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience supervising or managing an administrative team (3+ years)
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalentDesirable
Experience within Occupational Health, healthcare, clinical, scientific, or medical environments
Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, or similar systems
Experience working within quality-focused or regulated environmentsWhat's in It for You?
