QA Technician
Haddenham – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Working model: day shift Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00
QA Technician is responsible for maintaining quality data and systems, conducting sampling and analytical testing, and supporting QA objectives to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to verify quality compliance.
• Coordinate environmental and product samples for internal and external testing.
• Support investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain QA data systems (methods, calibrations, SAP) and ensure timely, accurate recordkeeping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold GLP, GMP, and H&S standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• HND in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing QA/laboratory environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a scientific approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP (or similar systems) will be beneficial.
• Experience with Good Laboratory Practice and quality systems.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and drive improvement.
• Ability to work on a daily shift, Mon-Fri.
