Location: Kendal, Cumbria
Salary: £24,479 per annum pro rata / £13.45 per hour
Contract: Permanent (Requires a full DBS)
Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week

We are looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic people to join our teams in Kendal, Cumbria.
The Role:
Oaklea’s Supported Living properties in Kendal, provide care and support to people with learning disabilities.
In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.
Come and join a team on a new adventure, supporting our customers who love being active and are looking for new ways to be involved in their community, whilst at the same time having fun.
In your role, you will be required to support people with their personal care needs, with daily activities and appointments within the local community.
You will be required to work closely within a small team. working hours will include days, sleep in’s and weekends shared amongst the team.
What We Need from You:
You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values.
You must have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of people with whom the Charity works. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
