Are you a degree educated Manufacturing Engineer with experience within a manufacturing environment and a passion for driving process improvement, quality and operational performance?

You will be joining an established and growing manufacturing business committed to engineering excellence, continuous improvement and investment in modern manufacturing practices. Working closely with production and engineering teams, you will play a key role in improving processes, introducing new manufacturing methods and driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and overall operational performance across the site.

How will you make a difference?

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Instructions to ensure robust manufacturing processes
• Review and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality and cost efficiency
• Lead new process introduction and ensure effective operator training and implementation
• Use root cause analysis and manufacturing data to resolve production challenges and improve KPIs
• Drive Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Support tooling, fixture and equipment decisions to maintain operational performance
• Work closely with production teams to improve process capability and manufacturing flow

What do we want to know about you?

• Degree educated in Engineering or related discipline
• Previous Manufacturing Engineer experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, CI tools and structured problem solving
• Experience analysing manufacturing data including OEE, TAKT and cycle times
• Knowledge of PFMEA, A3, Kaizen, Poka Yoke and cost reduction techniques
• Six Sigma training and project management experience would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence change

Working Hours
08:00 – 16:00
