Job role / duties

The role will involve learning how to assist customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone.
Working alongside a team of Fleet Coordinators you will learn how to schedule, plan, monitor and pro-actively control all routine maintenance.
The training will also cover managing and pro-actively controlling unscheduled maintenance, including roadside breakdowns and to ensure a high standard of customer service

• Extracting data from a Excel spread sheet
• Analysing the data
• Transferring calls and information to the correct contact
• Dealing with queries
• General administration

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Be good with Excel
• Have high attention to detail
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Have good communication skills
• Be numerate & literate
