Grounds Maintenance Operative - Solihull

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced grounds maintenance operatives and landscapers to work with a well-respected Housing Association as part of an award-winning maintenance team.

Our client are looking for experienced groundsmen to join their ranks. The ideal candidate would have experience in high-quality grass-cutting, lawn maintenance, weeding, and trimming as well as competency in relevant tools. Banksman training is ideal also.

This is a brilliant chance to join a nationwide Housing Association with a proven track-record in investing into hard-workers and communities.

Job Details
Pay Rate: £16.78 P/H (Umbrella) - paid weekly
Length: Long-term sick cover
Hours: 37 per week, Monday-Thursday 07:30 to 15:30 and Friday 7:30 to 15:00
Location: B37

Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) - Essential
Relevant experience (two years or more) - Essential
PA1/PA6 Licences (ideal)
Licence to drive/tow a trailer (ideal)
Banksman Training (ideal)

Depending on certain afforementioned licences and training we would be willing to offer more on the daily rate.
