We’re seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised HR & Compliance Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a varied and people‐focused role.
In this position, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to induction, compliance checks, contract administration and leaver processes, ensuring all activities meet safer recruitment standards. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of our new HRIS, helping to streamline processes and improve the employee experience across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising roles, arranging interviews andpreparing documentation
* Managing onboarding and induction administration
* Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation
* Assisting with the implementation and ongoing development HR Manager in iSAMS
* Supporting the Single Central Record and ensuring compliance with ISI regulations
* Providing first-line HR support to staff and signposting queries appropriately
* Assisting with HR reporting, data accuracy and general administrative tasks
* Supporting wider HR and compliance projects as required
Hours: 20- 35 hours per week, term time plus 20 days or all year considered
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, working hours to be discussed at interview
Contract Type : FTC to December
