Job Title: IAM Specialist
Location: Manchester 3 days on site
Duration: 30/11/2026
Pay Rate: £402 per day all inc. (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)

Job Description:
Technical Knowledge & experience in the following technical and professional areas is essential:
Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, controls, and best practices.
Experience in access provisioning and access management processes in a regulated environment.
Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and access governance controls.
Experience executing periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and remediation activities.
Familiarity with IAM-related compliance and policy requirements, including MFA, SSO, and password controls.
Awareness of automation, with the ability to streamline operational processes through technology.
Strong process, risk, and control mindset, with the ability to identify issues and drive them through to closure.

The following experience is desirable, but not essential:
Experience working within Wealth Management or financial services environments.
Experience supporting client onboarding programmes involving high-volume account migrations.
Exposure to entitlement reporting and group-based access models across enterprise platforms.
Experience delivering IAM-related change programmes or migrations.
Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvements in operational support functions
