Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join Bradford Council on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeded.

* Support, maintain, and improve ICT systems, networks, servers, storage, email, desktop, and workspace technologies.

* Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions and preventative measures.

* Monitor system performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services.

* Work within ITIL service management processes and accurately maintain service records and documentation.

* Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and end users to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.

* Provide technical advice, guidance, and support to users and less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

* Experience working within an ICT Service Operations, Infrastructure, or Technical Support environment.

* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and end-user support.

* Experience supporting servers, storage, email systems, desktop environments, networks, or datacentre technologies.
