The Role
As a Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial sites throughout the Sussex and Gatwick area.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems
Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively
Work on a range of fire alarm systems including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Requirements
Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
Good working knowledge of leading fire alarm manufacturers, including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
