Bletchley
£28,500 per annum + 23 days holiday (plus Christmas shut down) + 5% Pension
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded electrical manufacturer based in Bletchley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive business where employees are genuinely valued - reflected in the long service and loyalty of many staff members across the business.

You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit warehouse team of four, working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key.

The Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for managing material movement within a busy warehouse and supporting manufacturing operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring materials flow efficiently across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Booking goods in and out of the warehouse
Checking deliveries against documentation for accuracy
Picking materials for customer and manufacturing orders
Line-side feeding to support production requirements
Working closely with the dispatch's team to ensure smooth operations
Liaising with drivers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory controlAbout You

Previous experience in a warehouse, goods-in, or material handling role is essential
Forklift truck experience is desirable (training can be provided if needed)
Exposure to MRP systems would be advantageous
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with drivers and colleagues
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
