Google AI Architect/Business Analyst - Gent - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Google AI Architect/Business Analyst.

Description:

We are looking for a senior consultant that could work full time, 3-4 days a week in Gent. (1-2 days homeworking)

The client has recently transitioned to the Google Workplace stack from MSFT, they are already using Gemini and they have AI engineers.

However they are looking for a senior consultant that can orchestrate workshops by focusing on a single department (HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc) each two weeks, come up with use cases for AI agents and execute them independently or with the support of the AI engineers.

In other words the consultant should know about business analysis, but also have knowhow of the Google AI stack below.

English is mandatory, Dutch highly desired.

Here a list of technical skills that might be required (BigQuery ML, Gemini and Google Workspace in particula): More than 6 years of experience

Core Enterprise AI Platforms

• Vertex AI: Google's primary enterprise machine learning platform.
• Vertex AI Agent Builder: The specific tool used to build and deploy enterprise-ready generative AI agents.
• Google AI Studio: Google's web-based prototyping environment for fast model experimentation and prompt engineering.

Foundation Models & Frameworks

• Gemini Models: Specify the multimodal family (Gemini 1.5 Pro, Gemini 1.5 Flash, Gemini Ultra).
• Gemma: Google's family of lightweight, state-of-the-art open models.
• LangChain/LlamaIndex: Open-source orchestration frameworks frequently integrated with Google Cloud for managing agentic workflows.
• JAX/TensorFlow: The underlying machine learning frameworks used for advanced model customization or fine-tuning.

Agent Architecture & Capabilities

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Connecting AI agents to enterprise databases and Google Search for grounded answers.
• Function Calling/Extensions: Enabling agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Vector Search/Vertex AI Vector Search: The capability used for high-dimensional semantic search and memory management in agents.
• Agentic Workflows: Multi-agent systems, autonomous reasoning, and planning loops.

Cloud Infrastructure & MLOps

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): The foundational cloud environment hosting these services.
• Vertex AI Pipelines: For automating, monitoring, and governing machine learning workflows (MLOps).
• BigQuery ML: For integrating machine learning directly with enterprise data warehouses.
