Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: London & Southeast (Mobile Role)
Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider operating across London and the South East.
This is a client-facing, multi-site role responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and general building services maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
Diagnose faults and undertake electrical repairs and installations
Conduct inspection, testing, and compliance checks
Support multi-skilled maintenance tasks, including basic mechanical, HVAC, and fabric works
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards
Travel across multiple sites within London and surrounding areas
Build and maintain strong client relationships on-site
Complete job reports and documentation using internal systemsRequirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
Previous experience in a mobile or building services maintenance role
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Full UK Driving LicenceWhat's on Offer
