We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global organisation, supporting a prestigious investment banking client within a high-profile corporate office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a critical facilities environment where reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring building services systems are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across electrical building services systems.
* Respond to and complete reactive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
* Identify maintenance requirements, raise works where necessary, and follow through to completion.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented and completed in line with compliance requirements.
* Support the safe and efficient operation of critical building infrastructure.
* Work closely with the wider engineering and facilities teams to maintain operational excellence.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience within Building Services, Facilities Management, or a similar maintenance environment.
* Strong electrical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding ability.
* Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship, or equivalent).
* Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
* Ability to manage tasks from identification through to completion and documentation.
Desirable Experience
* Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
* Experience working within critical environments, data centres, banking, or corporate office facilities.
