Restaurant Manager - Pool Bar

Longford Forest | Circa €47,200 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Canopy Café and Bar is a poolside stop for food and drinks in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Join our team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.

What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences

Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost-control measures

Support team development through training and performance management

Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration

Your working hours

Full-time contract, contracted 150 hours per 4-week period

About you

Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills

Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning

Good computer literacy and analytical ability

Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility

Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth

Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance
