Assistant Restaurant Manager - American Diner

Longford Forest | Circa €37,300 per annum plus average shared tips of €3.63 per hour (€7,000 per annum)

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What you'll be doing

Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards

Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns

Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis

Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles

Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours

Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 2pm and 11pm

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About you

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer literacy and analytical skills

Previous supervisory experience at a similar level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
