Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £22.20 per hour PAYE

We are recruiting for an experienced Asset Data Analyst to support a busy Asset Management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data management and reporting skills to play a key role in maintaining, developing and improving asset information systems.
While experience within asset management, housing, construction or property services would be advantageous, the primary focus of this role is on data analysis, data quality, reporting and system management. Candidates with strong data skills from other sectors are encouraged to apply.

### Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and develop asset management databases and information systems

Analyse large datasets and produce meaningful reports, dashboards and management information

Lead on data collection, validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities

Support the development and improvement of business processes, reporting systems and data procedures

Produce performance reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders and senior management

Assist with project delivery, data-led decision making and business planning

Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with GDPR requirements

Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders

Support system enhancements, software development and continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare reports, presentations and project updates for a range of audiences
### About You

The successful candidate will have:

Strong experience working with large datasets in a controlled environment
Excellent data analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills
Experience using databases, management information systems or business intelligence tools
Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
The ability to interpret complex information and present findings clearly
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience of developing processes, procedures and system improvements
### Desirable Experience

Experience working within housing, property, construction or asset management environments
Knowledge of stock condition, compliance or asset management data
Experience using NEC Asset Management systems or similar platforms
Understanding of project or contract management processes
