Are you a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Welding background looking to join a market-leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving process improvements, increasing efficiency, and delivering impactful engineering projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer in a highly varied role where you will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, in a company offering fantastic progression routes.
The company are industry leaders with a worldwide customer base. Due to continued growth and investment, they are now looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their expanding team.
You will be responsible for analysing production processes, implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, and managing improvement projects across a busy manufacturing environment, specifically in the Welding division.
This role would suit a Production Engineer or CI Engineer looking for a long-term role offering excellent development opportunities within a highly successful manufacturing business.
The Role:
Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
Managing engineering projects from concept through to implementation
Monday to Friday - Days
The Candidate:
Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement
Looking to progress within a large organisation
