You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who have experience working with children or vulnerable adults and are committed to providing high-quality support.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school setting, or
Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role
A patient, caring, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Requirements:
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Eligibility to work in the UK
Availability to work full-time
