We are urgently recruiting a mobile Resident Liaison Officer to support a major, high-profile green energy and home insulation framework across Oxfordshire. This temp-to-perm role offers an excellent hourly rate of £22.57 per hour and puts you at the forefront of the booming eco-retrofit sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer:

Resident Liaison: Act as the primary, reassuring point of contact for residents during invasive energy-efficiency upgrades (External Wall Insulation, Solar PV Panels, and Air Source Heat Pumps).

Doorstep Education: Conduct home visits across the Oxfordshire patch to explain the benefits of eco-works and teach residents how to use new green technologies.
*
Access Coordination: Carry out pre-work condition surveys and secure high access rates for trade contractors to keep the delivery programme on schedule.
*
Conflict Resolution: Swiftly and professionally resolve any on-site resident queries or property concerns right at the doorstep.
*
Data Tracking: Update internal project trackers and compliance files using Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) within social housing, a local authority, or a housing association.
*
Bonus Experience: Prior experience on insulation (EWI), central heating upgrades, or domestic Retrofit works is highly advantageous but not essential.
*
Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle are mandatory for traveling to properties across the patch.
*
Location Note: You must be comfortable commuting to the Swindon office base for the first 6 months, before the team moves to a local hub closer to Oxford.
