Health & Safety Manager - Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment
Location: London Bridge Office & Site Travel Across London
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Tribuild Solutions are recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-profile commercial office fit-out, CAT A refurbishment, and Cut & Carve projects across London.
Reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will play a key role in driving health, safety, and compliance standards across multiple live projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure best practice is maintained throughout project delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Health & Safety Manager position within the construction industry.
Strong background working for a main contractor delivering commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or Cut & Carve schemes.
Excellent knowledge of current health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant health & safety qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent preferred).This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a newly created role, offering long-term career progression and the chance to influence health & safety standards across a diverse project portfolio.
