Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Pay: £23.50 - £24.45p/h

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join an award-winning care provider committed to delivering outstanding care to older adults.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position combining hands-on clinical nursing with leadership and management responsibilities. Working closely with an experienced Registered Manager, you will help drive high standards of care, support clinical governance, and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.

Key Responsibilities

* Split your time between practical nursing duties and office-based management tasks.

* Lead by example, role modelling exceptional clinical care and professional standards.

* Support and develop best practice across the clinical team.

* Assist with the implementation and management of electronic care planning systems, compliance platforms, and eMAR.

* Support quality assurance, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance.

* Participate in the on-call rota as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).

* Previous leadership experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or similar role within a care home

* Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

* Experience supporting older people and those with complex care needs.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

* A compassionate, patient-centred approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

* A high standard of written and spoken English.
