The Role

A growing engineering business is looking for an Electronics Repair Engineer to join its technical team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, testing, repairing, and restoring electronic components to a high standard within a quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and test electronic units using specialist equipment

* Identify faults at unit and PCB level

* Repair and restore electronic components

* Carry out final testing and quality checks

* Work closely with colleagues to support continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

* Good practical knowledge of electronics

* Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams

* Experience with PCB-level work and electronic components

* Familiarity with diagnostic and test equipment

* Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach

Desirable:

* Automotive electronics experience

* Knowledge of control units, vehicle electronics, or EV systems
