Construction Administrator – Permanent Opportunity
Location: Swansea
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pro Staff Construction are working with a construction company based in Swansea who is looking to recruit a Construction Administrator to support their Construction Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will support project teams, manage customer care defects, maintain key construction systems, and assist with a variety of office and site administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams
* Coordinate defect works and contractor attendance
* Monitor KPIs and maintain construction reporting dashboards
* Support Construction, Commercial, Technical and HSEQ teams with administration duties
* Maintain project documentation, warranties and contract records
* Support project handovers and completion documentation
* Assist with construction compliance and customer care
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous administration experience within construction
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Customer-focused approach with a professional manner
* Competent using Microsoft Office and construction management software
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
