Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Missing Team as a Missing Co-ordinator for the London Borough of Ealing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and overseeing responses for children reported missing from home or care.
* Monitoring and tracking missing episodes, identifying patterns, risks, and emerging safeguarding concerns.
* Undertaking and coordinating Return Home Interviews to understand the reasons children go missing and reduce the likelihood of repeat episodes.
* Working closely with social workers, police, education, health, carers, and other partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable children.
* Identifying and responding to risks associated with child exploitation, contextual safeguarding, and extra-familial harm.
* Contributing to risk assessments, safety planning, and multi-agency safeguarding interventions.
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and performance data in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.
* Providing advice, guidance, and support to professionals involved with children who go missing.

Pay Rate:
* £41.10 p/h Umb.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Experience working within Childrens Social Care.
* Knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and child protection procedures.
* Experience working with children who go missing from home or care and an understanding of exploitation risks.
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
