Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
✅ Support students with SEMH needs to achieve their full potential

✅ Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience working with SEMH students or in alternative provision settings
✔ Strong classroom management skills
✔ A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
✔ Commitment to raising attainment and improving outcomes
