Are you a passionate MFL Teacher with the ability to inspire students through language learning?

GSL Education are currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable MFL Teachers to work in schools in Paddock Wood.

This exciting opportunity involves delivering engaging and high-quality Modern Foreign Languages lessons, helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The successful MFL Teacher candidate will foster a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to explore different cultures and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities of a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages lessons in line with the national curriculum
Teach languages such as French, Spanish, German, or other modern foreign languages as required
Support students according to the curriculum and syllabus
Assess, monitor, and track student progress and attainment
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Prepare lesson plans, resources, and assessments
Encourage student participation and enthusiasm for language learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school staff
Requirements of an MFL Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, German, Spanish, Modern Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field
Previous experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in schools is desirable
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Passion for language education and student achievement
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
