Data Analyst - (Automation & Reporting)

We're working with a top global retail brand looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to support reporting, automation, and decision-making across a key operations function.

This is a high-impact role where you'll streamline reporting, build scalable tools, and turn data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Optimising and automating weekly reporting (POS, RSV trends, bookings)
• Reducing manual processes through smart automation (Airtable workflows, notifications, task tracking)
• Building executive-level dashboards (Tableau or similar tools)
• Creating a single source of truth for meetings, actions, and decisions (Airtable-based operating model)
• Translating business requirements into data models, workflows, and dashboards
• Packaging insights into clear, decision-driving outputs

• Strong experience with data transformation & integration (SQL, Databricks or similar)
• Proven track record in building dashboards and reporting solutions
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Airtable is a big plus)
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, low-maintenance solutions
• Comfortable working with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
