Your main responsibiliy is ensuring return orders from our partners are processed and credited in a timely manner, with continuous focus on process improvement.

The EMEA Marketplace Supply Chain team is dedicated to delivering a premium consumer experience across retail, stores, and E-commerce. The team focuses on optimizing supply chain performance and maintaining a clean, efficient marketplace through seamless operations and collaboration.

Role Description

• Manage end-to-end return requests from partners and wholesale accounts
• Coordinate with logistics, carriers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and crediting
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in return flows
• Monitor compliance with return policies and provide feedback to partners
• Analyze return data, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency
• Support KPI delivery and contribute to continuous supply chain improvements

Required Experience

• Experience in supply chain operations (returns/reverse logistics preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement
• Ability to manage KPIs and service levels
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SAP, Tableau, Cognos, or Alteryx
