Quantity Surveyor – Stop Working on the Same Old Projects
If you're a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being involved in major projects rather than sitting behind a spreadsheet all day, this could be worth a conversation.
I'm working exclusively with a well-established main contractor turning over in excess of £200 million annually, with a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East.
They are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship £55 million commercial development in the heart of London's West End.
This isn't a role where you'll be hidden away managing minor packages. You'll be joining a commercially strong team on a high-profile scheme, gaining exposure to significant procurement, subcontract management, client interaction, cost reporting, change management and project delivery.
What they're looking for:
* Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience
* Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, education or similar construction projects
* Comfortable managing packages and dealing directly with subcontractors
* Strong commercial awareness and ambition to progress
* Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification
