A successful and growing construction consultancy specialising in the delivery of high-end residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious luxury residential developments while progressing their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an established consultancy that provides cost management and commercial advice across a range of bespoke residential projects for private clients, developers, and high-net-worth individuals throughout London and the surrounding areas.

The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. Working closely with senior team members, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing project costs, preparing tender documentation, cost planning, valuations, and final accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

This position offers exposure to exceptional residential schemes, direct client interaction, and genuine opportunities for professional development within a specialist consultancy.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
Experience working on high-end residential projects is highly desirable
Keen to achive or working towards MRICS status
Strong cost planning and pre-contract experience
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
