School Bus Driver – Primary School (North London)
Location: North London
Position: Part-Time / Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our welcoming primary school community in North London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting pupils to and from school, ensuring the highest standards of care, professionalism, and road safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely transport pupils to and from school and on occasional school trips.
· Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
· Ensure pupils board, travel, and leave the vehicle safely.
· Maintain good behaviour and a positive environment during journeys.
· Follow designated routes and schedules while complying with all road traffic regulations.
· Report any incidents, safeguarding concerns, or vehicle issues to the school.
· Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category entitlement.
CPC qualification (where required).
Clean or satisfactory driving record.
Experience driving buses, minibuses, or passenger vehicles preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
