A historic Cost and Project management consultancy with clients and projects across the globe is seeking a confident Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable preparing bills of quantities.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall join a close-knit QS team in Kent / South London office. From here you'll be working on an impressive array of national and international, healthcare, residential, and education projects - pre and post contract.

The team regularly produce Bills of Quantities, so the new Quantity Surveyor will need experience in this area.

The Quantity Surveyor

Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Previous experience of producing bills of quantities
Basic pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working in a small QS teamIn Return?

£40,000 - £45,000
